You agree that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees, Payments & Renewals

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as listed on our site or in your order form.

All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.

We may suspend or terminate your account if payment is not received.

5. Acceptable Use

Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer our systems.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autotech Consulting LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Autotech Consulting LLC regarding the Services.
